With three different adult distances available as well as relay races and Junior distances, triathlon is a sport that anyone can take part in!

If this is your first triathlon, then don’t panic thinking you need a massive amount of kit, you don’t!
Please remember that all we require you to have is the bare minimum and we detail the 'must haves' below:
- Swim: Wetsuit, swim cap (provided by us) and goggles
- Bike: Any roadworthy bike, helmet, bottoms, top and bike shoes/trainers
- Run: Bottoms, tops and trainers

Registration, Race Pack Collection and Race Briefings
Registration and Race Packs will be available for collection on Saturday 18 July 2020 from 10.00 and can be collected from the Event Marquee.
If you already have a BTF race licence it is essential you bring this with you to registration, as you will need your licence in order to collect your race pack. Please also bring your bike on Saturday from 10.00 - 14:00 as we are doing the bike safety checks in advance to assist queing on Sunday morning. Please note that all competitors will be issued a small sticker for their bike once checked and approved. This sticker will be required on your bike in order to enter transition.
Race Briefing times will take place on Saturday afternoon as per the below times:
15.45 : Super Sprint Race Briefing
16.15 : Jersey Sprint Race Briefing
16.45 : Standard Race Briefing
17.15 : Junior Race Briefing - Updated
Parking is available in the public car park at Les Jardins (access via the roundabout outside the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel) on Sunday 18 July and during the event day for competitiors. Other public parking is availble nearby at the Waterftont, Esplanade, Patriotic Street Multi Storey, Layby 1 Victoria Avenue, Inn on the Park amongst others.

07.01 : Standard - Wave 2 (for all triathletes / relay swimmers who swim 1500m open water in 28-60mins)
07.05 : Jersey Sprint (Men & Women)
07.40 : Super Sprint (Men & Women)
11.15 : Junior Triathlon - Tristars Starts
11.40 : Junior Triathlon - Tristars 1
12.05 : Junior Triathlon - Tristars 2

Transition Opening, Closing and Bike Collection Times
Please note that these times are subject to confirmation.
The main transition area will open at 05.35 and close at 06.35. Competitors may collect their bikes at 11.00 when all the races are finished. Earlier collections will be at the discretion of the senior official on the day.
The junior transition will open at 10.10 and close at 10.40. Competitors may collect their bikes at 12.50 when the races are finished.
